1. About Us 
   Liwonder is an online shop based in the United Kingdom, offering standard and personalised gifts. 
   References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Liwonder. References to “you” and “your” mean the customer placing an order on our website.

 

1. Using Our Website 
   2.1 By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
   2.2 You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. 
   2.3 You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & Personalisation 
   3.1 We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen and the materials used. 
   3.2 For personalised products, you are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, messages and images you provide are correct and that you have the right to use them. 
   3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any personalisation that is offensive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

3. Orders & Contract 
   4.1 Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. 
   4.2 We will send you an order confirmation email after you place your order. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. 
   4.3 A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or description, or we suspect fraudulent activity. 
   4.4 If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and, where payment has been taken, arrange a refund.

4. Prices & Payment 
   5.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK taxes where applicable. 
   5.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. 
   5.3 We may change prices from time to time. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order. 
   5.4 Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Processing & Delivery

   6.2 Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare and, where applicable, personalise your order before dispatch. 
   6.3 Delivery time is the time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been dispatched. 
   6.4 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with delivery providers or due to events outside our reasonable control. 
   6.5 Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds 
   7.1 Your rights to cancel or return an order are explained in detail on our Returns & Refunds Policy page. 
   7.2 In general, personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. 
   7.3 If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items 
   8.1 We take care to ensure your order reaches you in good condition. 
   8.2 If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 
   8.3 Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
