This Privacy Policy explains how Dorina Angelica Birligea, a sole trader trading as Liwonder ("Liwonder", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, interact with us through social media or purchase our products.

This policy applies to our ready-made and personalised products, including T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, wall art and other products that we may offer.

- Payment information — payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout or through another agreed payment method. Liwonder does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

We may retain invoices, transaction records and other information where necessary to comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

When you request or order a personalised product, you may voluntarily provide photographs, names, dates, messages, wording or other information required to create the requested product. We use this information only as necessary to discuss, design, produce and fulfil your personalised order and to provide related customer service.
Liwonder will not use customer photographs or personalised products on our website, in our portfolio, in advertising or on social media without obtaining appropriate permission. Please only provide photographs, images and information that you are entitled to provide to us. If a photograph contains another individual, including a child, you should ensure that you have the appropriate authority or permission to provide the image for the requested product.
Deletion of photographs and design files
Customer photographs and personalised design files will normally be deleted from our active business storage within 30 days after completion of the order. We do not intentionally maintain separate backup copies of customer photographs or personalised design files. Where photographs or files have been provided through email or a social-media platform, copies may remain within that provider's systems according to its own storage, backup and retention practices.
6. PAYMENTS
Online payments may be processed through the payment provider available through our website, including Wix Payments and supported payment methods such as credit or debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Liwonder does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.
We may receive limited information concerning a transaction, including its status, reference, amount, date and payment method. For some personalised products, the final price may be agreed directly with the customer following an enquiry. Where payment is made by bank transfer or another agreed direct payment method, Liwonder may receive information such as the payer's name, payment reference, amount and payment date.
7. DELIVERY
To deliver your order, we may provide the selected delivery company with information necessary to complete and manage the delivery. This may include your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and relevant delivery information. We only provide information reasonably required to deliver or manage your order. Liwonder currently sells and delivers products within the United Kingdom.

- Wix — for website hosting, online-store functionality, checkout and related website services.
- Payment providers and payment networks — to process and administer payments and, where applicable, provide security, regulatory compliance and fraud-prevention services.

Customer photographs and personalised design files
Normally deleted from our active business storage within 30 days after completion of the order, subject to the limited exceptions described in Section 5.

Our products may be purchased by people under the age of 18, and personalised products may contain information or photographs relating to children.
